Deca shares vibrant new single "Clay Pigeons" [Video]

After dropping The Donner Party LP with Neon Brown last year, Deca is back with the video for his single "Clay Pigeons." Taken from his recently released body of work Snakes and Birds, the track explores life under intense capitalistic pressures and all the issues we as humans have to face within. The track starts with a cryptic vocal narration of how the advancement of technology has brought humans closer but under the watchful eyes of unseen powerful forces and slowly builds anticipation with its solemn instrumentation. Deca doesn't sugarcoat the facts and pricks the mind of the listeners with lines, "eyes popping out the socket watching profits line pockets and the price of bought-and-sold souls skyrocket."

The accompanying music video makes use of brilliant stop-motion imagery that, like the track itself, stems from his creative imagination. The collage heavy visuals also come with extra animated effects courtesy of Danski Tang. The retro aesthetics and eclectic motif sure add a gripping punch to the already vivid lyrics by Deca.
