The Lazerdisk homies are back with another uplifting 8bit remix in honor of their fanboy penchant for Anamanaguchi, the chiptune nintendocore band from NYC. The duo have been taking a slightly different direction with their music since their last EP, Mélange. Chad and Zack live for the day when video game music trumps the tired dead horse of EDM. They are, for all intents and purposes, trailblazing the VG scene alongside their inspirators and collaborators.
Their remix of the original progressive tune adopts more of a Lido-style orchestral big hit sound and less of an electro trance-y feel. The syncopated snares and synth lines enact variety without pushing too hard the limits of their voice as artists. Daring yet fitting, Lazerdisk's remix of "Endless Fantasy" is the perfect track to incorporate into a bitpop playlist. Listen below and grab the free download.
