On September 21st and 22nd Santa Monica Pier will become a reggae mecca as KCRW 89.9, Rum & Humble and Spaceland present us with the first ever Beach Ball Soul Revue & Reggae Fest. In honor of the long-awaited reunion between Michael Rose Of Black Uhuru and his original rhythm section Sly & Robbie the festival will bring music lovers to join in the festivities. What better place to host the celebration than the Santa Monica Pier? There’s surf, sand, and now reggae to sweeten the deal. Other acts scheduled to perform include Allen Stone, Aloc Blacc, The Skatalites, Lee Fields & The Expressions, and U Roy backed by Soul Syndicate with Fully Fullwood, Santa Davis & Tony Chin.
