Jeremy P Caulfield returns to his Dumb-Unit imprint with two revolving techno cuts entitled "The Moral Rails"⁠—fast-tracking us down into the depths of modulation with firmly-grasped rhythm.

The A-side, aptly titled "The Moral Rails", propels satiated darkness into the abyss of techno heaven. Undulating resonance vibrates in harmony with the ever-evolving progression, with Caulfield expertly curating assured stabs into each rhythmic twinge⁠—delivering a seamless experience rooted in quiet confidence. B-side "Four Fold" wraps up the compilation with a more upbeat note, vocal hooks subtly reigning in winding synth waves and kick drums for a resounding eccentricity.

Jeremy P. Caulfield was a staple of both the Toronto and Berlin electronic music scene throughout the early 2000s through running his esteemed Dumb-Unit imprint and releasing on labels such as Trapez, Vakant and Dumb Unit. Established by Caulfield in the Spring of the year 2000, Dumb-Unit has built a philosophy focusing on improvisation and experimentation. The Moral Rails marks the first release of 2019 for the Dumb-Unit imprint that's seen early support from the likes of Alexi Delano, DJ Tennis, Jason Patrick, Lexi, K Paul, Seph, and Vakant.
