New York duo John Jigg$ x BP recently put out their collaborative project The Madness. This was preceded by banging singles like the title track featuring lyrical whiz kid A-F-R-O and "Fear of God" with the legendary waterproof emcee Ras Kass. Not one to rest on their oars, the duo share the video to the lyric-dense cut "Slang Original" which also serves as the duo's second visuals from their aforementioned project. The smooth groovy track sees Jigg$ in his zone and in full bravado-mode, he delivers scathing lines and verbal body blows to the opposition with lines like "you grew into a lame and shamed your poor mother/I don't know if you ant smoke or try to score something."
For the visuals, Mad Scientist /Scientific Lens take the reins and deliver something off-the-cuff. From the gloomy and moody lighting to cut scenes adorned by beautiful models, the hard-hitting track slowly draws viewers into Jigg$'s creative space.
