Christopha Gordon is back with a new jam, "Back In" that continues his recent spate of releases that showcases the rapper's pen game and work ethic as a musician. Similar to his previous release "Run Down" Gordon takes charge with a bullish attitude while sharing his thoughts on failing forward, being consistent, and making the right decisions.
The moody and bouncy record is produced by emerging Liverpool-based producer Jack Marlow who creates the perfect anthemic canvas for Gordon to paint vivid pictures over. He really switches up the flow and cadence on this track delivering multis, laidback, and semi-fast flows peppered with insightful and bravado lyrics. The track dives into creative struggles and the need to keep the momentum going regardless of slumps.
"Back In" is a testament to Gordon's work rate and a reminder that he has to give it some more push in order to breakthrough. No project is attached to the single but it seems we will be hearing a lot more music from the UK rapper.
