Indie emcee Ur Maa's latest single "umm???" is an introspective piece that dwells on the rapper's shortcomings. Backed by a smooth, minimalistic instrumental, he casually explores his plight as an individual whose money management skills are poor. This, in turn, leads to bad decisions taking him right back to mama's couch. That could also serve as an extended metaphor that many can relate to — returning to square one in order to move forward in a different path.
"umm???" is the first self-produced single from the Brooklyn based rapper's upcoming project I make music I like [mixtape]. He hopes to drop the project at the end of October.
