Atlanta native turned NYC music-scene fixture KeithCharles was last featured on EARMILK when he released the notable visual for the single "Potential" under his shortened alias back in 2017. The Awful Records alum has since dropped a nunber of genre-bending singles including "Little Pisces Baby" and "No.1" featuring Alexandria. Last week Keith decided to resurface with his first release of 2019, a self-produced sentimental anthem entitled "Heartbreak at Our Age".
The single features Keith musing on the many relationships that he may have sacrificed in order to continue taking on his creative pursuits, and the struggles of maintaining healthy bonds as an artist. When asked more about his mindstate and inspiration for creating this track, Keith responded simply with:
"Don't let a broken heart break your pockets"
