ZHU likes to start his years out strong. In 2017, he dropped a massively anticipated remix of Migos's "Bad & Boujee," and it should come to no surprise to see that he's starting 2018 with a different, but just as large, bang.
We've kept no secrets on how we feel about Camelphat & Elderbrook's "Cola." It was one of our top tracks of 2017, and in all transparency, its original post was one of our most visited for the year. Now, after letting the dust settle as "Cola" racked up plays and got nominated for a Grammy along the way, ZHU has returned with an official remix of the original. Subtlety was in this track's strong suit, and ZHU has made it his own through a different kind of the same. With wide-spanning bass, moments we could even call a "wobble," and an engaging and interesting sprinkle of percussion and synths, ZHU's take on "Cola" is just another reason why we can keep spinning this track into the new year.
