Adult Swim, through efforts like the Adult Swim Singles Program, has always made an attempt to give innovative and provocative artists a platform to release fresh content. The month of August signified the start of their partnership with legendary rapper MF Doom to release a collection of tracks from upcoming projects and songs he's featured on as a compilation album entitled The Missing Notebook Rhymes. This continues Adult Swim's legacy with the artist, following up 2005's collaboration with Dangermouse The Mouse and the Mask.
Continuing into week four of The Missing Notebook Rhymes we're given "Notebook 03", a meandering track that features expectedly fierce lyricism from Doom punctuated by whirrs, beeps, and a satisfyingly snappy boom bap beat.
