Kid Froopy is a name constantly appearing on my radar these days and it's definitely not something I'm complaining about. In an overly saturated market of cookie cutter sounds, Kid Froopy has constantly pushed boundaries to bring forward a specifically charming style of his own. Mixing together retro elements with quirky sound design heavily doused in emotion, Kid Froopy's music has something in store for everyone. Most recently, the artist had taken us through a heavily nostalgic trip in his original "Dreams" and he continues to emphasize this dreamy haze in his newest venture "Drive Slow". In "Drive Slow", Kid Froopy has a tactful way of juxtaposing delicate acoustics with futuristic vocal chops. It's hazy indietronica vibes are ready to cling onto summer memories yet to be made. In this original, Kid Froopy crafts a perfect mix of organic warmth and a funky futuristic atmosphere, meddling with our minds as it moves us through space and time.
