NY-based musician Gromo is still in high school, but after one listen of his new single "Selfish," you'd think he was a polished pro.
A sultry ballad fusing elements of R&B, afro-beat, and soul in a beautiful display of Gromo's "Urban Electronic" sound, "Selfish" is baby-making music at its finest. It also features smooth vocals from Tyree Thomas and Breana Marin over a thick, bass-heavy low end. Gromo, who was originally inspired by heavy metal as a toddler, recently made noise in the electronic world as the youngest DJ to ever perform at Ultra Music Festival. That's right – at the ripe age of 16, while most teenagers are doodling on their math binders, Gromo is spinning eclectic sets at Ultra Miami, Europe, Japan, and Bali.
