KYOSI and Donwill bring the chill vibes with "Just Lines" remix [Premiere]

New York-based artist and producer KYOSI has always surrounded herself with music. She studied voice at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, managed a non-profit music studio in Ithaca and was a back-up vocalist for a local band in New York City. While doing all of this, she began producing and honing her skills to focus on pop music. Fast forward to 2017 and KYOSI brings soothing vocals along with a chill beat in Donwill's remix of her track "Just Lines", premiering exclusively on EARMILK.

This tune is just about being confused. I wanted to convey the way my head used to spin when my parents would argue or when teachers were assholes. Being a kid is so hard, you couldn't pay me to go back there. Donwill got it without me saying anything, I can totally tell in this mix. The ending is so fierce and intense compared to the sparse verses. We definitely dug working on this together and hope to do more in the future. He's also a goofball, which is always helpful when you're collaborating with someone.

"Just Lines" opens with a smooth bass line and hypnotizing synth beats. Intensity hits with KYOSI's powerful vocals, kick drums and faint electric guitar riffs in the background. Just when you think the track comes to a close, KYOSI and Donwill throw hard-hitting bass beats at the listener to end on a complete high. Throw this track on for those chilled out and relaxed days.
