All is right with the world: Kryder hasn’t let up letting his freak flag fly in his music, and Daddy’s Groove has returned, and continued to put out, groovy tunes in a new but just as successful way as when they first came on the scene in 2004. The Italian duo has returned to follow up their #1 hit with Bob Sinclar, “Burnin,” with a collaboration with Kryder on his label Cartel Recordings. Entitled “StreetLife,” the single is everything that’s lovable about these two artists put into one single. With world music and disco at its foundation, the guys have put just enough infectiousness over it to keep the track funky, authentic and leave us yearning for warmer weather. “StreetLife” is out today via Beatport.
