2K season is here! Whether you're an amateur gamer or a longtime fan of the franchise, highly NBA 2K16 is back to strengthen/ruin the relationships you have with your friends. This year, three artists were chosen to assist in the curation of the soundtrack (DJ Premier, DJ Mustard, and DJ Khaled; whenever you sink that next-to-impossible half court shot, you have our permission to shout "another one" to your opponent). I'm excited to hear each person's exclusive tracks, but I'm definitely gonna go out of my way for a Preemo joint, especially with Papoose providing the bars.
Sonically, it's a slapper that sits well with some of Premier's most recent beats; what must be mentioned is the slick, scratch-worthy Queen Latifah inspired hook. Even the always polarizing Papoose comes through with some nice-basketball inspired lines that fit the theme of the game. Give "Hold The City Down" a listen and cop 2K16 as soon as you can.
