On November 2, Pedro Winter, the figurehead behind the Ed Banger Records imprint will hit NYC to celebrate the 10 Year anniversary of his iconic label at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom.
As the previous manager of Daft Punk and the man responsible for pushing cutting edge French dance music from the likes of Justice, Breakbot, Mr. Oizo, Feadz, Sebastian and his own Busy P alter ego, Pedro Winter and his label was and continues to be instrumental in creating new trends and paving the way for dance music’s future. Through quality music and clever imaging Ed Banger became not just another label but a cultural phenomenon.
To celebrate Ed Banger’s 10th anniversary, Winter planned an entire year’s worth of global events and activities including the June 11 release of Ed Rec Vol. X compilation and parties in cities around the world. The November 2 Hammerstein Ballroom show will feature DJ sets from Justice, Busy P., Breakbot and special guests.
