Glam rock duo Royal Sugar has just unleashed their latest single and music video. Entitled "Animals", the explosive rock banger is the first of the year from these Nashville based creators, following last year's single "Heels".
With "Animals", the twosome pen a song all about all encompassing and fiery love and intoxication. Despite the craziness and pressures of the world, they paint a vivid relationship of two people connecting and enjoying an authentic and deep bond. Lyrics including, " I want to run / I gotta a pocket of roses / I take us to the promised land / You know me so well," show the intensity of this love. Musically, "Animals" evokes that same emotional excitement that falling in love mirrors. An invigorating and seductive electric guitar riff entices listeners from the first note. Passionate vocals, deeply evocative melodies and a sing-a-long worthy chorus are also highlights of this rock track.
