Will the Zero Fatigue crew ever put out a bad record? Trick question, the obvious answer is, “nope.” So, it should come as no surprise that Bari’s latest song is as sharp as a “Ginsu.” Produced by ZF production genius Monte Booker and mixed by the talented Elton "L10" Chueng, “Ginsu” sees the St. Louis native shredding in classic Bari fashion.
“Ginsu” is essentially a flex track for both Bari and Monte. For Monte, this is yet another example that he is one of the illest producers out there. Monte has such a distinct style that you can always tell when he’s handling the productions, and yet he continues to keep things fresh with his beats, always evolving and further developing his style. “Ginsu” is spacey, bouncy and fun in a way only Monte could create.
As for the Bari, “Ginsu” gives fans another reason to pay attention to his flows. Many of us (this writer included) came across Bari on Smino’s blkswn album. He’s got a tight flow and witty wordplay, but when you’re just a feature on an album, it’s easy to get lost. On “Ginsu,” Bari forces your to pay attention, revving his flow when needed and blasting through some slick lines with a casual yet focused delivery.
