Cut Snake give Tove Lo's "True Disaster" a new clubland spin

By now, you've probably heard the "True Disaster" single from Swedish breakout pop star Tove Lo off her new Lady Wood album.  It's the story of engaging with a romantic interest when you just "know you're gonna get hurt." To follow up the single's release, Australian duo Cut Snake have given the song a clubland spin, turning dark pop into tech house. Paul "Fish" Fisher and Leigh "Sedz" Sedley also added their remix to the music video, giving it a whole new vibe as we watch Tove Lo run desperately through the streets and burn a car.

While the song sounds entirely different, Cut Snake managed to keep the elements of "True Disaster" in that made the song a hit in the first place. Cut Snake's version of "True Disaster" is in support of a remix package released this past Friday.
