I'm (sad) dancing because Melbourne-based pop quintet Foreign/National have just unveiled some new material in the form of a melancholic disco tune by the name of "Tristesse".
Conceived in a small, serene cabin in Mornington Peninsula with long-time producer and collaborator Joey Walker (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard), "Tristesse" acts as a taste test of the group's forthcoming debut LP.
The band describes "Tristesse" as a "lovesick postcard," one that recalls the "flutters and failures of a long-distance fling". This is what you call moving on in the most productive way possible.
