Sebastian Carter gets melodic with Aela Kae in "Fascination"

Sebastian Carter continues his streak of churning out great music with "Fascination," a collaboration with Sydney-based 18-year-old singer-songwriter-producer Mikaela Grob aka Aela Kae, best known for her feature on Kailo's feel-good anthem "Need Ya."  Per usual, Carter ramps up his production to meet the featured vocalist's voice, but after he's gotten in some tropical birds chirping and played some melodic synthesizer riffs.  The song gets dancier when Aela Kae's voice comes in, and she sings soft and smooth over production that is both quickly paced and in a way soothing.  Carter continues the low key magic throughout the track, as he slowly adds in more bass and synths to make the song pop towards the end.  The on-point vibe is what we've come to expect from the Swiss producer.  As for Aela Kae, we're excited to hear more; the artist has just 6 tracks on her SoundCloud page, though all are impressive.  The song is the lead track on Crosswalk's Volume 1 compilation, out now.
