It's Friday and we all need some good music for the weekend. J. Mars brings us the anecdote: his track, "Kingdom Hearts" is a heartfelt yet icy ode to the hustle, something he seems to know all too well. Corn-Mill Productions laces the track with a searing synth beat that only make Mars' verses hit even harder. Philly's Chill Moody drops a few notable guest bars as well. One listen and we don't need much convincing that Mars' next mixtape, After the Lights, scheduled to drop in December, is definitely something worth anticipating.
