“Somebody Save Me” has the potential to help so many heal from what they’ve faced through the battle with addiction. A real piece of art but a true exhibition of repentance.

Lines like "They say my lifestyle is bad for my health, It's the only thing that seems to help” are powerful. Eminem is no longer struggling with addiction but this allows us to know exactly how he feels.

"Somebody Save Me," sonically the production and lyrics work well together, having the sound of live drums and what sounds like a violin contribute to a full-sounding record. The beginning of the record comes in with what feels like a ’60s rock and roll with remnants of country track. Well done, well presented, and well delivered for sure. “Somebody save me” happens to be a beautiful visual record that creates a beautiful picture of exactly where they are emotionally.

Jelly Roll on the record adds a soulful southern presence, his voice and tone can make you feel exactly what is being said. Eminem drops a lot of life events showing his regrets. The lyrics resonate as a person who is seeking forgiveness from the ones they might've hurt in life while they were struggling with addiction. A record that allows Eminem to get into a transparent and vulnerable space.

It's completely heartfelt!

The lyricism is there of course, but in the form of substance and concept. The flows, which he is known for, are there too but this is an extremely heartfelt record. Geared mainly to move the emotions and help those who have lived challenging lives that may have cost them relationships. You can feel the passion and the movement of the soul, whenever Eminem visits this realm, he usually delivers a powerful record.

The record reminds us of the evolution of Eminem. Showing repentance and accountability, as well as the maturity, a father needs to have to repair a relationship with his loved one. The lyrics are powerful, amazingly painted, and vivid as if you can see it being played right in front of you. The music video actually captures this feeling as well.

The brokenness that some of us have to climb out of is exactly what he’s speaking of. Millions will be able to relate which makes the record extremely stunning.

The visuals for the song are equally as powerful as the lyrics from both artists. Really allows you to see into Eminem's heart and what matters to him.
