Emerging rapper, singer, and actor Hendy found true love for music in middle school while covering the songs of iconic 90s and early 2000s rock bands. From honing his skills in different alternative bands and playing live shows, he also balanced it with finishing school. He later got involved with hip-hop when he moved to Iowa to start university and got introduced to rap luminaries such as the likes of J. Cole, Anderson.Paak, Mac Miller, and Nas. He actually started out as a member of the group LAV.ISH but eventually he went solo and dropped his debut EP Conversation With Nobody, 2 years ago. He then followed it up with his sophomore EP A Change Of Scenery. which spawned a lead single “Like That” and now he is back with the second single "I Don't Mind".
The track is a mellow guitar-driven beat that showcases Hendy's love for R&B/soul and hip-hop. He employs a melodic flow and blends it with heartfelt and introspective rap verses that dive into his life's journey.
