Jamar Carr is a prolific rapper/songwriter out of Queens, NY and he is not new to EM as he has delivered a slew of singles and projects over the years. PTB Rell joins the fray with his mellow and somewhat hushed flow while Carr ties it up with a memorable hook to complete the mission.
