Knowledge The Pirate is currently working on his third project and in the interim, he shares the visuals for the lead single "First Among Equals" to keep the naysayers at bay. The record sees him working with regular collaborator E.l.e.m.n.t. who laces him with an anthemic hard-hitting instrumental. The record is pure bravado on wax as Pirate drops more than a handful of street gems to grow on. He blazes the track with a long verse with no gimmicky hooks as he sticks to the script of street authenticity.
Nimi Hendrix helps bring the song to life with a set of visuals that encapsulate the rapper's underground status and unique style. It slowly builds with a 1-minute long soulful intro that pulls the viewers into Pirate's world of opulence and once things get settled, the fun begins with the switch up. From the lofty penthouse to the back alleys, we get to see Pirate at home regardless of the scenario. The visual also has cameos from Rome Streetz and 1000Words who both come through to show love to their fellow rap brethren.
