NY emcees Fred The Godson (aka Gordo), Marc Scibilia and Jim Jones team up for this excellent track titled "Better Now". Built on a smooth, soulful sample and a bed of mellow drums, the duo proceed to detail their current lifestyle compared to times in the past. Dipset member Jim Jones set it off with his characteristic style dropping references from the God emcee Rakim Allah to 70s drug baron Nicky Barnes. Fred follows suit without losing steam and paints a vivid picture of the streets and then some. Joining the duo is singer Marc Scibilia who delivers a soulful chorus to wrap things up nicely.

"Better Now" is taken from Gordo's upcoming project with 38 Spesh and his TCF Music Group to release a surprise drop on November 15th titled God Level.  The album includes features from 38 Spesh, Benny The Butcher, Jim Jones, Axel Leon, and more
