Dips & Lo-Wu's latest effort is a laid back, lo-fi track titled "Teach You Something" that dwells on the daily routine of the duo, and its video companion is out now to compliment the track. The record has a more mellow feel compared to their previous energetic releases like "Take Off" and "Focus Riddim". The lighthearted track also features singer K The Infinite who switches the vibe with a stunning experimental soul performance.
The video has a documentary-esque feel as visual director Justyn Hollett proceeds to capture the joys of being truly promising artists in the alternative London scene. The director blends a myriad of handheld footage that follows the life of the duo. As the video progresses we get to experience firsthand the honest impression of the lives the duo are living off the back of pure hard work and talent. The grounded footage shows where these artists eat, retreat, and celebrate the burgeoning positivity that pours from every bar.
