South East London singer/songwriter Vonné gets us grooving with the 90s vibe of her song "Twice". She effortlessly does her thing over a vintage sound, teaming soulful vocals over neck-snapping boom-bap styled drum patterns. The single dwells on her experience in a relationship in which she was taken for granted and forced to move on, however after attaining much success – her ex is now trying to get back with her. It's a topic everyone can relate to or has experienced at some point or another. Vonné wastes little time in dismissing his advances in a matter of factly attitude. She has moved on to better things.
"Twice" is the follow up to her 5 track EP Love Game which was released last year and it's definitely a triumphant return of the young, rising songstress.
