Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo are continuing to define their future as Anti Up. After seeing positive feedback on their previous singles including "Pizza," the proven solo artists have chosen to continue developing their quirky, witty take on the harder sides of underground house into further singles, and now, an EP.
Hey Pablo is Anti Up's first foray into the field beyond single releases together. It also marks the launch of their Up The Anti record label, a move that promises a long term vision for the venture. Through three new tracks, this EP dives into space age synth work and vocal sampling that verges on the humorous. Each track is peak energy in its own way, offering different evolutions of an energy inspired by jackin' house beats.
This launch and EP close out a year of firsts for Anti Up, opening up 2019 to new possibilities. We full expect the announcement of some live performances together as the new year unfolds.
