Todd Smith is professionally known as Passport Rav, a Brooklyn based emcee/producer who has been putting some work in for a minute now. After dropping The Foreigners EP a while ago, he is back in the fray with a brand new EP with this single "Lil Fancy" serving as the sophomore single. The single has a dark, somber vibe and sounds like something out of a 70s b-movie. Passport Rav, on the other hand, delivers a laid-back performance laced with wit and vivid lyricism to match.
