Marley Carroll has just outdone himself on his latest EP release. The Asheville, North Carolina-based singer, songwriter and producer has released two new indie-leaning electronic tracks on his Shiver / Fireflies EP released this week via Emancipator's Loci Records.
"Shiver" establishes Carroll's expansive, lo-fi-inspired deep house immediately. He creates an organic soundscape that extends to "Fireflies," the EP's deeper, more minimalist track. With touches of scintillating synths, "Fireflies" mimics its name in its production.
Shiver / Fireflies follows the release of Starling / Seven Crows just one month ago as Marley Carroll continues to build his brand.
