The world may be green to the works of Mk.Gee, but with his latest outing, he definitely has something beneath the curtains for lovers of retro-fitted funk music.

Real names Michael Gordon, his moniker Mk.Gee, is a producer who fuses retro-funk, jazz, R&B with experimental elements. He actually just released his debut album, Pronounced McGee, and the first visual off it is for the song "Priorities." The song has a nostalgic vibe to it and dwells on a weird relationship between two individuals. For what we garnered Mk.Gee is only focused on his "Priorities" and everything else is secondary.

The video for "Priorities." was shot by Max Feye & Ethan Newmyer. Using vintage and quirky aesthetics, the video shows just how far from the norm Mk.Gee can be when it comes down to the music. It starts with the act seated in the park with a blank look on his face whilst performing his lines. At the same time, a blurred out individual is dancing behind him. Things move on to somewhat unrelated shots of houses and streets and more shots of quirky dancing. It's weird but really entertaining so hit the play button and watch it. Mk.gee's debut album "Pronounced McGee" is out now on Orchard Ears here.

Mk. Gee will be hitting the road this fall in support of Pronounced McGee and has plans to release more material before the end of 2018.
