Denzel Curry deserves much more reverence in regards to his contributions to the now flourishing South Florida hip-hop scene (i.e. XXXTentacion, Ski Mask The Slump God, Lil Pump, etc.). The now 23 year old "Ultimate" MC was one of the founding members of Spaceghostpurrp's seminal Raider Klan collective, with which he released his first mixtape King Remembered Underground Tape 1991–1995 in 2011 at age 16. He then went on cement his name as one of the more notable talents out of to arise from the blogosphere with scene stealing verses on tracks with Lil Ugly Mane, Robb Bank$, & Metro Zu as well as with co-signs from Earl Sweatshirt and other members of Odd Future.
7 years and 7 projects later, Curry is looking to finally take out the competition with his latest single "Percs" off of his upcoming album TA13OO. It is frantic track that has Denzel displaying his trademark rapid fire lyrical talents over a booming Finatik N Zac instrumental, which he uses to call out many of his drugged-out contemporaries.
