Brooklyn-based rhymer R.O.E. teams up with Sam Trump to set the mood with “Right There.”
“Right There” is a reflective jazzy song which tells the story of the prolific MC meeting a woman and instantly falling for her. Caught up in the lust of the moment, R.O.E isn’t certain if what he’s experiencing is reality or just a dream. Either way, he wants to remain right there. He pontificates on the situation deeply as he showers her with lyrics. The groovy record also features the lush vocals of singer Sam Trump who completes the cypher with a befitting chorus.
The song appears on R.O.E.’s recently released EP Better Late Than Never. R.O.E.’s focus is on playing shows (with his full band, The Soulvillians), touring, and producing videos to promote while working on his first full-length album. Stream Better Late Than Never here.
