Verbal Kent & Superior are out to "Go Get The Dank" alongside Vic Spencer & Sonnyjim [Video]

Chicago wordsmith Verbal Kent (Ugly Heroes) and Spanish-German beat maker Superior dropped their collaboration album "Half My Life" a while back, and I just got my hands on the animated visual for the track "Go Get The Dank." The dark, ominous backdrop served by Superior helps bring out the best of the emcees involved. Vic Spencer comes through with his characteristic deadpan flow, Verbal Kent slices through with katana-sharp lyrics, while Sonnyjim slows the pace with his lax approach to wrap things up.

The video is animated by Brandon Webb of Foxx Called Moon Films, and plays out like a homage to 90s beat 'em up video games. The three emcees get their own different character palettes equipped with special moves and unique traits.
