Pounds' latest venture is brief but packs more street savvy and hot-damn punchlines into 10 minutes than most 60-minute albums. It's impossible to pop this in the deck and not get caught up in Pounds' relentless bars and vivid imagery. His tales from the block, laced over some soulfully looped production from Oh No — known for his collaborations with Alchemist — makes Borgata the hip-hopped Godfather audiobook you never knew you needed.
