Straight out of Memphis, TN comes up and coming hip-hop artist Dee Wallz who brings nothing but pure bars and lyrics on his newest record titled "Yen". The emcee switches things up on this new joint by dwelling on his hustle in and out of the music industry. He does it by weaving in his personal grind laced with bravado lyrics such as "...Lyrically I roast all y'all, you know it's gonna hurt/ But this ain't no sitcom, I ain't come to joke around, it's over now thought I told you when I lay my vocals down...". On the record he targets the naysayers and leaves no stone unturned.
"Yen" has a more upbeat feel to it and is a solid departure from the more insightful songs Dee Wallz has dropped in the past. We are not told if this record is off a full length project or not but only time will tell.
