Modesta the retro R&B-infused indie rock duo are back with another gem for 2018 titled "Broadway to Bombay". Still retaining their retro sensibilities, the duo on this single switch things up a bit with a slightly upbeat soundscape. They crank out the electric guitars and usher in a floodgate of funk, r&b, pop and some rock elements into the mix. The result is pure cinematic and takes the listener into way deep into their genre bending universe.
The duo just released their highly anticipated debut studio endeavor, a self-produced four track EP entitled ‘VHS .’ With a style that is rooted in musical diversity and experimentation. The eclectic set of songs masterfully walks the line between contemporary indie influence, electronic stylings, and organic, retro sonic flavors.
