Focus The Truth takes the listener behind the scenes on his newest effort titled "Fame". Over a mellow, lo-fi backdrop, Focus has a heart to heart discussion about his growth in the music industry with his friend. They chew the fat on when they were kids with nothing but hopes and dreams to actually taking baby steps to realizing said dreams. The discussion also does shed light on how people view each other from opposite lenses, one as the artist steadily growing and the other as a confident delivering words of encouragement to keep the former in check.
"Fame" is pure emotions laid on wax and the conversational concept even makes the subject matter more relatable from an artist stand point. The song was produced by Focus's usual collaborator Smoking Indoors and it's taken off his recently released project titled 'Berwick Road'. The song was inspired during the time when Focus was studying for his Master's degree over in London, UK.
