In anticipation of their new full-length record titled From the Light, indie-folk duo The Sea The Sea, released their first single "Everybody".
This first single is a heavenly blend of folk style songwriting with a gentle indie rock flair and a hint of ambient sounds. Having started recording together since the fall of 2011, the duo consisting of singer-songwriters Mira Stanley and Chuck E. Costa deliver a male/female vocal that blends perfectly and creates a sound that continues to win over the hearts of fans. "Everybody" is a prime example of that powerful yet beautifully crafted sound they create. The track starts out with an elegantly sparse lo-fi harmony and then quickly builds to a timeless indie rock guitar strumming. If you're looking for a sunday-morning-in-bed-groove, then look no further.
