Napoleon Da Legend's bio can be summed up in a nutshell as follows- A Paris-born, East African and Washington DC-raised, Brooklyn-based lyricist who evokes the bleak reality of the world today without losing hope for a better tomorrow. True to self, the emcee has been putting considerable amount of work for a minute now. From working on a short flick 'Wise Men' with the late great Sean Price to releasing the Raekwon assisted single "Oxygen", his status is steadily climbing with every release.
On his latest venture, he teams up with EyeDee and DJ Akil for a menacing, pounding cut aptly titled "Shinobi". Backed by a mystical soundscape, Napoleon ( N.D.L for short) once again showcases his signature wordplay tackling several topics from urban decay to verbal bravado without breaking a sweat.
His previous releases includes the "Jacking for Beats" inspired 'Steal This Mixtape' & 'Steal This Mixtape Too' which eventually turned into an official tour selling out venues in 14 cities in France and Belgium including the Finale of the 2017 Hip Opsession Festival in Nantes.
