In the current "Bro, check out my Soundcloud" era, it's admittedly rare when a first release sparks a standout flame. But 27-year-old Ludwig Jonsson, also known as Twins., doesn't fall into this eye rolling trap of monotony on either tracks of his debut EP, 'This Is Us.' While "Werewolf." is uptempo with catchy synths, "Monologue." slows down with whispering vocals and a massaging bass line. The Los Angeles resident and Stockholm native curates a glossy sound on both tracks, for which he cites The Strokes, Kleerup, and M83 as influences.
