Somewhere in between psychedelic, rock, tribal, new wave, electronica, and house music lies Red Axes, the duo of Tel-Aviv producers Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi. Their release next week on Jennifer Cardini's label Correspondant marks the 50th release on the label and features today's premiere "Sequencia Astronomica"; a trippy, dark song with perfectly fitting vocals. A haunting intro with eerie synth stabs ringing out as a booming voice begins to speak eventually gives way to a classic bass line and increasingly weird leads.
