Earlier this summer, we woke up on a makeshift Christmas morning to find ourselves with a new single from Justice. The pioneering French electronic duo gave us "Safe and Sound" after years of silence.
Today is another day to celebrate, as the guys have dropped their next single as premiered on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show as the "Hottest Record in the World." Along with the announcement of "Randy," Justice unveiled their plans to release their next album, Woman. The release will follow their last release of Access All Arenas, a live album from 2013.
"Randy" is in classic Justice style: rock-influenced electronica, vocals that are catchy in a way that's reminiscent of the height of disco or 80's new wave, and album art with their classic cross washed over with a psychedelic sea of colors.
Justice rose to fame in 2007 with their album Cross, and with 2008's A Cross The Universe and 2013's Audio, Video Disco, the duo cemented their fame as leaders in the electronic music scene, complete with black leather jackets and cigarettes. Their track "We Are Your Friends" is a permanent fixture in dance music.
