Songstress Låpsley has come a long way since bursting upon the scene with "Station" at the tender age of 17. Now approaching her twentieth birthday with first album Long Way Home under her belt.
Since the songwriter's debut LP release earlier this year on XL Recordings, "Operator (He Doesn't Call Me)" has received a remix from DJ Koze. DJ Koze is a master of remixing already fantastic music and cleverly reinventing it with his touch.
Dubbed a disco version, the remake which is streamable today props up Låpsley's vocals on a glimmering and snazzy disco tip. The funky breakdown and dramatic lyrics confirm this one will become a firm favourite for festivals and clubs this summer.
