Listeners have slept on Russ for the past year, but luckily people are starting to wake up. He plays all the instruments, harmonizes, writes, raps, sings and engineers the productions on every single song he has released. The ATL native had even released 11 albums on DIEMON's website and iTunes before even starting a soundcloud page. Notorious for releasing a song a week; the hustler hits us in the feels with his latest track, "Let Me In".

As an artist, it's so incredibly important to have harmony within every aspect of your song. You can really sense his passion and need for perfection with his craft when talking to him. He understands when to hold back his production to apply more power over a lyrically stimulating bar, how to correctly use a vocal sample, when to use different sounds & where to harmonize to really captivate you as a listener. "Let Me In" showcases more of an indie beat with a M83 sounding production, R&B vocals and easy-listening bars.
I've been saying it, and I'll keep repeating myself, but Russ is next up. Keep an eye on him.
