Uk-based producer Shift K3Y has unveiled his latest collaboration project alongside powerful vocalist BB Diamond on "Gone MIssing". The songstress has been spending the better part of this year on tour as a backing-vocalist for rising artist Jess Glynne. The pair effortless unite on this release. When speaking on the meaning behind “Gone Missing”, Shift K3Y states: “Words cant really describe how excited I am for this release, it has been the longest in the making out of all my tracks so far. The journey that this track has taken, and everything that has been thrown at it…its still standing in time for release! To me this is what I would consider a new school take on a very familiar UKG sound."
True to his UK roots, the sound of UK Garage is still on the rise and "Gone MIssing" falls perfectly in line with that. The song will feature on his forthcoming debut album, which has already seen contributions from the likes of Chaka Khan, DJ Mustard, MNEK and James Fauntleroy. Go ahead and give it a listen below.
