2015 is a good year to be a hip hop fan right? As we come to the halfway point in the year (I know, it's gone THAT fast), we've already been treated to an amazing piece of art in Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly, a dope mixtape-come-album in Drake's IYRTYTL and now we've been treated to my favourite mixtape of 2015 so far, Belly's Up For Days.
One of the stand out tracks from the 'tape, and the one that has the most potential to tear down venues across the globe, is the Travi$ Scott assisted "White Girls", and this week we were blessed with the video. Directed by David Camarena, the video intersects shots of scantily clad white girls backed by flashing lights, with shots of Belly & Travi$ mobbing out in moody lighting, keeping it basic but still so effective. As for the track itself, Belly's jagged rapping style fits the beat perfectly, with cascading drums and wavey synths colliding to create a faded banger, with the king of addictive hooks Travi$ Scott playing his part in making this a guaranteed club banger.
You can stream the video for "White Girls" below, and definitely check out Belly's mixtape Up For Days, which you can download from DatPiff down below!
