FNGRS CRSSD & Goldenvoice announce CRSSD Festival 2015 full lineup

Typically, first annual festivals have a notoriously difficult time at the starting gate. Funds are often tight, ticket prices in the high triple digits, and support tends to wane between meager and barely manageable. Take Forever Neverland, for example. The San Luis Obispo first year festival made some pretty grandiose promises about water slides and bounce houses only to fall short because of draught restrictions and local opposition. At the end of the day, festival organizers are simply trying to provide their respective industries with a comfortable place to experience the latest and greatest handpicked talent from the food and arts communities. Where some go wrong, others learn and avoid making similar mistakes.

California's premiere events companies, FNGRS CRSSD and Golden Voice, have been in the game long enough to know exactly what a production needs to be successful: a stacked lineup, reasonable prices, and no false promises. They've managed to achieve all three yet again with their first major shindig of 2015—CRSSD Festival.

With a lineup that rivals some of SoCal's most popular festivals, the modest price tag of $145 ( for general admission is nothing short of a godsend. James Murphy (omg you have no idea how long I've waited to see him again), Empire of the Sun, Simian Mobile Disco, Jamie Jones b2b Seth Troxler, and Pleasure State (the hedonistic love child of MK, Lee Foss, and Anabel Englund) are nearly dwarfed by the equally impressive talent of acts like Giraffage, Wax Motif, Tensnake, SNBRN, and Big Wild (dude rocks a MEAN live keyboard).

Set to hit Waterfront Park in San Diego March 14th and 15th, CRSSD Fest will undoubtedly blow your mind without breaking your heart or bank. Grab your tickets here and make sure you don't miss this one. After all, what better way to celebrate California's perpetually amazing weather?
